Most of the time, there are not any "live" people that you can chat with on these websites to get personal help through their websites. They would always have to direct you through the phone to get their way of discouraging you - which is so annoying! I thought that Circuit City having a social site is going to be helpful though for the business. This is the way for the company to snoop on their web blogs about what technology the buyers are seeking and what things the company must improve on. Through their website, circuit city creates a very welcoming environment as well as providing information to keep the users in touch witht he company.
